Actual availability, pickup schedules and transit times may change without notice due to weather, carrier operational requirements, customs or government processing, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
U.S. holidays are included only when they are reasonably expected to affect major carrier hubs, customs processing or international transit operations. Because some international shipments are routed through major U.S. hubs, U.S. holiday disruptions may affect shipments transiting through the United States as well as shipments originating in or destined for the United States.

My Delivery Concierge remains open with normal Canadian operations. Major U.S. courier and delivery operations are closed or substantially reduced for Thanksgiving.
Shipments originating in, destined for, or transiting through the United States may experience additional transit time.
December 2026

My Delivery Concierge is closed December 25 through December 28 inclusive, re-opening Tuesday, December 29.
Canadian and U.S. courier operations are closed or substantially reduced during portions of this holiday period. Regular carrier operations may resume on different dates depending on the individual courier.

My Delivery Concierge is closed for Good Friday. Canadian courier pickup and delivery operations are expected to be closed or substantially reduced.

My Delivery Concierge is open. Easter Monday is observed by some carrier and postal operations. Pickup, delivery and transit availability may therefore vary by carrier.
Amazon Counter & PUDO Services
Customer pickups and returns through Amazon Counter and PUDO are available during My Delivery Concierge's posted operating hours. Movement of parcels through the carrier network may still be affected by carrier holiday schedules.
